Overview

Mnexa is a professional-memory service delivered through private Telegram conversations. This policy describes how your information is handled during the private beta.

What we collect

Telegram account information

Your Telegram user ID and account information included with your messages, such as your username when available.

Work notes and their history

The exact messages and edits you send, plus derived activities, facts, summaries, reviews and search indexes.

Professional context and preferences

The role context you share, your recurring workdays, workday finish time, and the city and country used to determine your timezone.

Processing records

Account-scoped model inputs and outputs, tool audit records, and workflow and delivery records used to provide and operate the service.

How we use your information

Your account content is used to provide and operate Mnexa for your account:

• Preserve your work notes and derive professional context.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly summaries.
• Create quarterly and custom-period reviews when you request them.
• Support recall and search over your recorded work.
• Operate, secure and monitor the service.

Your account content is not used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, test or otherwise improve AI models, prompts or related AI systems. We do not sell your work history or use it for advertising.

Storage & security

Your account records, original notes, derived evidence and search indexes are stored in SQLite. Application-controlled account scoping keeps one account’s records separate from another’s.

We use encryption in transit and operational safeguards. Built-in encryption at rest is outside the current beta.

Service providers

Telegram

Your messages travel through Telegram’s production Bot API. Telegram also handles your content under its own policies.

AI processing

Work content is sent to our operator-controlled C6 service for DeepSeek generation and semantic-search embeddings.

Talarius

Talarius receives service health signals, failure notifications and aggregate business summaries. These signals do not contain Telegram identities, professional text, model content or credentials.

Retention & deletion

Account-owned originals, processing records and summary versions are retained indefinitely unless you confirm account deletion. Edits and corrections preserve the earlier record while updating the context used for subsequent work.

To delete your account, send /deleteaccount in Telegram and confirm the request. Confirmation removes your account’s live database records and cancels its local work. Canceling the request keeps your account.

Deletion is local and logical. It does not recall Telegram messages, guarantee deletion from already-uploaded C6 data, erase operator backups or logs, or provide forensic erasure of database pages, write-ahead logs or storage media.

Beta scope

Mnexa focuses on professional notes, summaries, recall and requested reviews. Export and backup automation are deferred. Personal journaling, task management, networking and automated publishing are outside the current beta.
