Mnexa is a Telegram bot for professional memory. Send a private message to get started. After a short onboarding conversation about your role and work schedule, send work updates in your own words. Mnexa preserves your notes and produces daily, weekly and monthly summaries.

Capture the work you want to remember: accomplishments, decisions, collaboration, feedback and progress on ongoing work. Include specific outcomes when you know them. A short message is enough; there is no required template.

Yes. Tell Mnexa in ordinary language when your role context, workdays, finish time or timezone changes. Your work schedule determines when daily summaries are prepared.

Yes. Ask to review last quarter, or give a date range of up to 366 days. Reviews are created on request and cover recorded contributions, measured outcomes and pending work. You can ask for the original notes behind an item.

Mnexa checks metrics, outcomes and scope against your retained notes through separate extraction and verification steps. Unsupported claims are withheld and unresolved evidence gaps are identified. AI can still make mistakes, so check important wording against the supporting notes.

Reviews consider related notes, corrections and later updates conservatively. Similar wording alone should not join unrelated work. Uncertain relationships and unsupported outcomes remain unresolved.

Yes. Reply to your latest daily summary using Correction: or Missing: followed by the details. Mnexa keeps the original record and uses corrections and additions in subsequent summaries and reviews.

Your exact messages and edits are retained with derived evidence for summaries, search and reviews. Telegram transports your messages, and AI processing uses our operator-controlled C6 service. Your account content is not used to train, evaluate or improve AI models or prompts.

Use /deleteaccount in Telegram and confirm the request. Mnexa deletes your account’s live database records. This does not recall Telegram messages or guarantee erasure from previously uploaded provider data, operator backups or logs.

Export is not available in the current private beta. You can use the account-deletion flow to remove your live account records.

No. Mnexa focuses on work and professional evidence. Personal journaling, task management, coaching, networking, matchmaking and automated publishing are outside the current beta.

Career-document generation is not currently supported. Mnexa helps you recall the work and evidence you may want to draw on when preparing those documents yourself.
